One of Satan’s most effective weapons is to destroy or put
in question God’s message to mankind who is created in His image. This began
in the Garden of Eden when Satan asked Eve: “Hath God said?” and this
remains his chief weapon throughout human history. Satan tries to diminish
the inerrant Revelation of God’s Word to man.
It is clear that Satan attempts to attack the Biblical
world view that reveals God’s revelation concerning human history. Some
earlier attacks came when the ‘reformers’ successfully declared the truth
from God’s Holy Word that the “just shall live by faith”, through the
redeeming work of Christ on the cross. The attack came by way of higher
